Shipping and return policies for WORSELDER

Shipping Info

All orders are shipped via La Poste (French postal service) inside our country, which is free to relay with other mailing services outside of France.

Shipping costs are provided for a total weight of <1kg (including packaging), which covers a standard order of one or several of the items sold here. In the case of a large order, causing the package to weigh >1kg, an excess will be applied to the postage costs.

Regarding orders comprising several items, if the total weight (including packaging) remains <1kg, the shipping costs are not cumulative, and will stay the same as that of a single item.

Shipping costs are based on the rates of La Poste, without options, and can therefore be revised if La Poste modifies them.

We will ship products as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that we have jobs and families, and not so much time to spend on it! Thank you!

bandcamp.com accepts payments by Paypal only. We only accept Euros (€) as currency. Paypal is an individual company and has no affiliation with Worselder or this website. Worselder is not liable for any problems, especially security aspects, arising from the usage of online payment services using Paypal services.

RETURNS POLICY

You can’t return items purchased at worselder.bandcamp.com, except because of a manufacturing fault or because we sent an item in error. If so, just contact us.

There are following exceptions to our returns policy on clothing: We do not accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned clothing items must be in un-worn condition.

You can return vinyls/CDs because of a manufacturing fault but not because you found you didn’t like them. Why? because you can listen to all our music back to back on our website in advance before you order, so we will not accept returns because the music finally didn’t match your taste. Also, we don’t accept vinyls/CDs back that are visibly damaged. Please note that minor dings, scratches or breakage of vinyl cases may occur during shipping. Although we package your ordered items properly, such minor flaws are beyond our control. Vinyls/CDs cases are part of the packaging and we therefore do not accept minor packaging flaws as a valid reason for return or reimbursement.

To return an item please get in touch with us via e-mail and include your name, address, e-mail and the order number.


PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We only collect information about you to process your order at worselder.bandcamp.com. The information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone and email address. For the purposes of order tracking we also store details of customer's previous orders with us.

We will never share your e-mail-address or e-mail you in the future unless in relation to your order.

For processing an order, you are required to use the checkout system at worselder.bandcamp.com.
